Room number 216 is the lowest standard room that we have ever been, not a room of three stars hotel but no more than one star hotel. Visitors should be informed that they will get the low standard room as in a hostel, in the worst and very noisy place, with furniture from the seventies. Unfortunately, despite first intervention we were ignored by the woman who checked us. She said that the room is OK and there was no possibility to change into another room. She completely ignored us. If we wanted to stay in a hostel we would not have chosen a three stars hotel!!! Fortunately, the man at the reception has interested in our remarks and changed a room in another quieter place for which we thank you very much! The rest of ours remarks are positive! Above all we would like to commend restaurants for delicious meals mainly dinner. Delicious meat dishes, a wide choice, daily fresh fish, poultry, pork. We ate the rabbit, duck, goat stew and very delicious stew with llamas ... what a taste!!! After that wide range of toppings, fresh fruit, ice cream .... Very tasty food. I also want to commend the staff on friendly and professional service at the front desk staff (only male part), restaurants, service room and the boy lifeguard. There is a big shop in the hotel where you can buy the products you need. The hotel is located in the first line but only a small part of the rooms have a view of the ocean. The hotel is very close to the famous sand dunes - walk about 30 minutes or to the famous Yumbo center also about 30 walking down the shortcuts. The hotel is located near the commercial center of discos so it is very noisy during all nights. We recommended this hotel for people who are not looking for a quiet place.
Głośna okolica, hotel zaniedbany. Personel obojętny, nie może w żadnej sprawie podjąć decyzji bez szefa. A szef gdzieś zawsze daleko. Dla mnie pobyt tam to istny koszmar. Żadnych atrakcji ze strony hotelu, w dniu wyjazdu brak śniadania, mimo że podobno miało być zapewnione (inf. od rezydentki). Pokoje sprzątane pobierznie, na podłodze obskurne pcv, szare.
